QuickSilver’s Sound Architect™ consists of two separate gas pathways and an electronic valve that determines which one is used – Sport or Refined. This valve is controlled either by the QuickSilver Sound Architect™ app on the driver’s smart device, or in many cases, it is integrated into the vehicle’s existing controls.

Where applicable, our sound module connects to an existing auxiliary output and is then wirelessly controlled via the Sound Architect™ app – with no interference with the vehicle’s existing systems – it couldn’t be easier.

Electronic/Air-Controlled Valves – Retains OEM (in-car) functionality.

Our active-valve sport exhaust systems feature two separate gas pathways and an electronically or air-controlled flap valve that determines which path is selected. Both offer two distinct sound levels and are slightly louder than stock. With the valves closed, the system delivers a more civilized tone, and when open, it produces a sporty sound throughout the entire rev range.

These valves are integrated into the vehicle’s existing controls and operate depending on the ECU mapping. This can then be further controlled via a dedicated exhaust button or by switching drive modes.
