Frequently Asked Questions
Order
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide thanks to our extensive distrubution network. Our most common shipping areas are: Norway, United States, Canada, Europe & United Kingdom. All Norway orders are free of import/custom duties. Other international orders may be subjected to tax. Please do note that import duties is at own responsibility.
Orders generally leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. The avreage shipping times per region are:
United States: 2-7 days express.
Europe: 1-6 days express.
United Kingdom: 2-6 days express.
Canada: 2-7 days express.
Rest of the world: 5-25 days standard.

You will be sent a tracking link by e-mail and/or SMS immediately after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please do note: while your tracking link may already be active, in some cases it can take an extra 24-72 hours for the shipping carrier to further update your tracking link.
If you haven't received a tracking code, please check with your bank whether your payment has gone through and contact us at post@bilforalle.no.

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it. To return your order send us an email at post@bilforalle.no with the following info:
[Order number] + [Return product]
Our support team will instruct you with the next steps.
*To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in its original state including its original packaging.
*Please note that custom-made products, such as exhaust systems and other specially manufactured items, are not eligible for return.
Once your return arrives, our dedicated quality control team will carefully inspect its current condition and overall quality. We'll process the eligible funds within 14 days to you.
Please note that your return must have been delivered to our warehouse first in order to receive a refund.
PPF - WARRANTY
If the product is not stored or handled correctly, or otherwise misused, all warranties will expire.
Removal of the protective film and rewinding of the film may cause defects in the film, such as craters or voids, which cannot be considered manufacturing defects. If the cardboard is damaged during transport, report it to your dealer or headquarters and attach pictures of the damage.
When removing the protective film, static energy can attract debris that may adhere to the film. The quality of the installation and the skill of the installers can affect the final result and void the warranty.
Do not expose the vehicle to water, chemicals, or harsh weather conditions for 48 to 72 hours after the film is installed. The car cannot be washed before 14 days after installation.
Warranty claims must be sent to headquarters and accompanied by pictures/videos of the problem for the defect and claim to be confirmed and any compensation accepted.
